Let’s Talk Experience

With well over a decade of experience in the property industry, I’ve worked in both corporate and small independent agencies.

I started my career at one of the UK’s largest property services groups which covered a full range of products and services for home movers. From here I then side stepped into the financial services sector where I worked as a second charge mortgage underwrite, processing and underwriting mortgage applications, as well as working for a couple of banks and building societies.

Following on from being made redundant I decided to move back into Estate Agency again. I initially I applied for what I deemed to be a temporary role as a property administrative to get a foot in the door,

By chance a Lettings negotiator role became available which was recognised by the agency as being more applicable to me.

What was intended to be a temporary role turned into a permanent stay, with over a decade working for that same independent agency in Macclesfield where I progressed from a letting’s negotiator right the way through to being a Branch Manager.

Having lived and worked in Macclesfield my entire life I would consider myself an expert personally and professionally. My two youngest children attend school here; we shop locally, eat in the cafes and restaurants, play in the parks, and as a family we enjoy everything Macclesfield and its surrounding villages has to offer from local artisan markets to the great outdoors.

Personal service with the highest level of integrity is my priority.  From informal advice to a friendly chat, I’m available to my clients 24 hours a day, seven days a week. I offer a unique, straightforward approach to help make the buying, selling or letting process as stress-free as possible.

I am also a member of ARLA (Association of Residential Lettings Agents), meaning I’m at the forefront of what goes on in the property landscape nationwide. As a member I abide by a nationally recognised Code of Practice.

My Approach

I’m passionate about providing a personal service and with the highest level of integrity.

With over a decade in the property business, I’ve decided to branch out on my own to take full responsibility for every decision made, enabling me to deliver a truly bespoke service.

For my vendors and landlords, I have the experience and skill to accurately value your property and provide comparable evidence of sales and rentals achieved within the area. I’ll work collaboratively on a tailored marketing strategy to suit the individual homeowner, landlord and property.

I’ll look after the sale or tenancy from beginning to end. That means every detail from showing the property to negotiating an offer and handing over the keys, is conducted by me – an experience you just won’t find on the high street.

What motivates me?

Sharing in my client’s journey and that, often life changing, experience of buying, selling, letting or renting a property is still a great motivator. I have bought and sold numerous times myself and can navigate any situations that arise; both logistical and emotional.
